Lilies and palm crosses will be available Palm Sunday Weekend (March 19, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and March 20, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.) at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land, 1400 Quincy St. NE | Washington, DC 20017. Use this order form to pre-order lilies and crosses for yourself or as donations to the Franciscan Monastery in honor of a loved one. Receive a $1 discount/item on pre-orders.
About donated lilies and crosses
Your donated lilies and crosses decorate the monastery during Easter. Each donated item will be tagged with the name of the person you are honoring. The lilies will decorate the church and the crosses, the outdoor Stations of the Cross. The friars will remember the person in their Easter prayers. It’s a wonderful way to pray for someone and help beautify the monastery during the Easter season.
Join us in decorating the church! Volunteers will attach names to the lilies and place them in the Monastery church on Saturday, March 26, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Palm Cross Workshop
